What's on for Youth
Come and check out our youth group.
Our Mission:" To know Jesus and make Jesus known".
Friday Youth (Years 7-12)
Every Friday evening of school term here at St John's we come together from all over Geelong for a couple of reasons. Firstly and unashamedly, we come to hear God's word for the sake of knowing Him and with that, knowing the way of salvation that he has revealed in the person of his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Secondly, we gather to have fun. It is nice to know that after a big week in the books (or maybe that is being a little optimistic?) there is somewhere to go to unwind, have a laugh and be encouraged.
Friday nights during term time 6pm-9pm. The regular cost is $5 (though this varies occasionally according to the activities planned).
Please see our Facebook page or contact Chris for program details.

Sunday Youth (Years 7-9)
Each Sunday at both the 10am and 5pm services, teens from year seven through to year nine break away from the adult congregation for a more specific kind of teaching format. It is our hope and goal that during this time these young men and women will not only feel more than welcome, but also (and even more importantly), that they will know the grace of God for themselves and a personal faith, 'apart from' Mum and Dad.
