St John's has a variety of services at different times . . .

8am is a service traditional in content but personable in style. We sing mainly from the Hymn Book; we follow the Prayer Book; and each time we meet together we celebrate Holy Communion. But we do all of this in a friendly and relaxed way. We tend to be quiet (we don't really cater for young children), but we're not silent; we aim to be solemn, but not stuffy; we want to be reverent, but not religious . . . read more

10am is a service recognisably Anglican in style, yet modern and engaging in format. We sing a mix of newer songs and more traditional hymns. We particularly look forward to the Bible read, preached, explained and applied - for adults and children. We celebrate the Lord's Supper on the first, third and fifth Sundays of the month. We aim for a high level of participation and some interaction. We cater for all the family (see Kids Church), and we are made up of people of all ages and stages . . . read more

5pm is a contemporary service with identifiably Anglican hallmarks. We cater for all ages and stages, with a focus on families (see Kids Church) and young adults. We value a high level of participation and interaction, but at the same time, work to keep things contained and timely. We meet from 4:30pm for a relaxed and friendly afternoon tea . . . read more
